  • Olusegun began his professional career with Ernst & Young in 1995 and got qualified as a chartered Accountant in 1999. While in the firm, he led assignments in audit, tax advisory, due diligence, merger and acquisition of multinationals in both Nigeria and overseas before joining the banking industry in 2001. Between 2001 and 2007, he worked in both Inspection and Credit & Marketing Departments of Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank) and Risk Management Group of Ecobank Nigeria Plc as a Regional Risk Manager. He joined the Executive Management team of LeadCapital Plc in July, 2007 as Vice President/Head of Corporate Finance where he was involved in preparing  companies for IPOs, private placement, M&A and business valuation.  He resigned in 2009 to join Midland Capital as a Managing Director/Turnaround consultant and subsequently left the company same year to pursue a PhD degree which he completed in 2012. After his research degree he joined Lagos State Government as Director in charge of Economic Intelligence Unit in Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget in 2013 and later resigned in 2016 to joint Town & Gown Consult the firm he co-founded in 2009. He is equally a Senior Faculty in Pan-Atlantic University (Lagos Business School).
  • Olusegun holds a PhD in Applied Finance with specialism in Strategy, Sustainability & Governance (SSG) from Brunel University, London. His Masters degrees are in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and MSc in Business & Financial Economics from University of Greenwich, London. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
  • Pius is a professional with close to two decades experience in Financial Reporting including IFRS and IFRS conversion, Nigeria GAAP, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control Systems review, Internal Audit, Compliance review, Statutory Audit, Tax, Information System Audit, Sarbanes Oxley review, Financial due diligence and Reporting Accountant.
  • Pius is an Accounting graduate and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He trained with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Nigeria and also had some training in Ernst & Young Offices in South Africa and Ghana. He has also represented Ernst & Young Africa in India during the Ernst & Young/ Earthwatch Expedition in 2011.
  • Pius is skilled in establishing procedures and protocols for IFRS Conversion, Financial Reporting and Statutory Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Process documentation & review, Internal Control Systems review, Accounting & Financial Reporting review/ audit, Statutory Audit, Financial due diligence, Reporting Accountant, Information Technology General Control & Application Control review.
  • He has led team process review in oil & gas, telecommunication, agriculture, manufacturing, Non-governmental agencies, public sector, and financial services sectors. He has equally handled financial due diligence review of a major Financial Institutions and as reporting accountant to another Financial Institution in Nigeria.
  • Amaka is a Business Administration graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, with an MBA in Business Management from ESUT Business School, Lagos. She has over 28 years working experience. She worked at Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank Plc) for 10 years in different capacities from where she moved to Cellulars  Nigeria Limited where at various times she headed the Marketing Research, Pricing and Product Development unit, and the Customer Support and Corporate Planning Units.
  • Before joining the Guaranty Trust group, from where she resigned in July 2010, she worked at Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited, a Pension Fund Administrator, as pioneer Head of Marketing for 3 years. She grew the assets under management (AUM) from Nil to N9billion within 25 months through personal effort. She also positioned and communicated Crusader Sterling Pensions as No.1 PFA in ‘return on investment’.
  • Within the GT group Amaka headed the Business Development Dept of ASSUR Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of GT Assurance Plc. Her role there was that of a Financial Advisor and she had the responsibility of managing high net-worth individuals and organizations with investment portfolios in excess of N14billion. Amaka’s core areas are Personal Financial Planning & Retirement Planning, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and other Soft skills.
  • She is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
  • Goriola Erogbogbo is an associate consultant in Town & Gown and a Senior Advisor, Project Monitoring and Evaluation to the Lagos State Government. He leads the monitoring of major projects in Lagos State Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget including investments in building the infrastructure of Lagos contributing to the vision of transforming Lagos to Africa’s Model Mega City e.g. 1.2billion dollars Lagos Light Rail system.
  • Goriola used to be a Business Strategy Consultant at Microsoft, United States where he created direct revenue business models for 5 Microsoft businesses to quantify the potential of students to Microsoft over the next 10 years. Goriola also worked at Access Bank Plc, joining to pioneer a new unit to create Nigeria’s largest Retail Bank. At Business School, he worked in Nigeria with Grofincapital, a US$400 million SME development financier specialized in financing small and growing businesses (SGBs) across Africa.
  • He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan where he was awarded the Deans Full Tuition Fellowship Award. The Lagos State Government Full Merit based Scholarship. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Lagos. Goriola represents a new breed of young African leaders committed to re-inventing servant Leadership to engender Africa’s Transformation.
